CANCELLATION POLICY

My goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so, I have implemented an appointment /cancellation / late arrival /no show policy. Your appointments are very important to me and I understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel, but I respectfully request that you send a notice 24 hours of your scheduled time. All deposits are non-refundable, but may be pushed towards future appointments. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made less that 24 hours of notice with be charged a 20% cancellation fee. If you are running behind schedule or late, you will be granted a 15 minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment, you will be charged a late fee of $10.00 or may need to reschedule your session. In the case of a no show or missed appointment, 100% of the reserved service amount will be charged.
